"The rooms were clean and modern. The guy that checked us in helped carry our bags up the stairs. Parking was a bit of a jam, we got in Sunday evening, and the pub was packed, we had to wade thru the pub to get to the check in desk. The hotel was adjoining so I would leave the bags til you get checked in, then head outside to the rooms next door. Once we got settled the pub was great, live traditional Irish music, very friendly atmosphere"

"Very clean, updated hotel with comfortable beds and bathroom. Inn was located over their pub/restaurant which was not a problem. In fact, the pub served excellent food including a delicious fresh salad and wood-fired pizza. We had to check out too early to enjoy what looked like a top notched breakfast, so the kind manager compensated us with reduced price for dinner. Very nice experience."

"Beautiful property, incredible breakfasts, and Ann and Michael are the most thoughtful and helpful hosts. Our room and bath were lovely, as were the balcony and common areas. An easy drive or bus ride to just about anywhere you would want to see in the Galway area. There is so much to do, and we loved every minute of it! In terms of conveniences - Lidl is right across the street, and the charming town center of Oranmore, with restaurants and shops, is an easy walk away. Although we had a rental car, Ann actually insisted on driving us to the nearby bus station because she was worried about us trying to park in Galway. Bus is convenient, and Galway is extremely easy to explore on foot. Tons of shops, pubs and restaurants. We also booked a few tours meeting in Eyre Square (to the Aran Islands and Cliffs of Moher, Connemara and Kylemore Abbey, and a riverboat tour from Athlone to Clonmacnoise Monastery). We left this quiet and serene place to explore Dublin for a couple of days at the end of our trip, and we honestly wish we had stayed longer with Ann and Michael instead. Love the Irish countryside, hope we will be back soon, and would absolutely stay here again."
