Peaceful Nature Retreat - Bullard TX

Simple living at this secluded country studio apartment, just a short distance from Bullard, Tyler, Jacksonville, the Venue at Orchard Farms in Troup, Lake Palestine, Lake Tyler or Lake Jacksonville. We think you’ll enjoy your relaxing time here tucked away among the Piney Woods and huge Oaks on our place.
Equipped with a Queen size Murphy Bed to maximize living space, recliner couch, additional recliners with ottomans, a large bathroom with walk-in shower and kitchen with full-size fridge, microwave, Keurig, and toaster. Enjoy the huge back porch/patio while grilling or just sitting around the fire pit.

The property total is 11 acres some wooded some open area. We live in the home beside the detached garage.
The private apartment is attached to the rear of the detached garage.
Guest access
You will have the apartment, your own covered porch/patio and yard with parking in the front of garage. Follow the sidewalk beside the garage to the apartment door under the covered patio. Feel free to wander around the acreage, but make sure you know the boundary of our acreage before going out.

There are many good places to eat and visit while you are staying here, too many to list here, so feel free to ask us the most current and nearby when you arrive.
If you enjoy cycling, guests have commented our place is a great location to stay to cycle the roads in the area without having to drive to the roads.
Also, we have chosen only 2 guests available since we only have 1 Queen size bed.

If you are interested in a longer stay for work, we have a workspace including desk and office chair. Special rates available for longer work stays.
