"This hotel was really gone downhill over the last hl few years. Now it caters to big groups and the conference facilities. My room was fine but I had to ask a couple of times to get it cleaned. The bathroom always smelled like pee. All of the staff seemed new and didn’t know how to do anything. The breakfast items seemed to be always depleted and the bar area was closed for renovation. I ordered room service twice and both times it was barely edible. And I had one of the worst massages of my life. I would avoid this hotel!!"

"Pro: cheaper option near Mid Valley megamall, just need walk over link bridge. Ample parking (with touch n go card). Comes with breakfast (few set meals to select the night before and they will deliver the foos to the room next morning). Con: they did not set up any sofabed/ extra bed per my request during booking. After check in we informed the front desk and they said they would send the staffs to set it up. We left the apartment for dinner. To our disappointment, the set up was just a single layer of mattress oj the floor (no base) and 1 pillow.. no blanket. Worst was the staffs didnt close our room door properly and we just pushed it to open, which was a shock to us. One of the couches in the living room was dirty and we didn't sit on that. "
