BUG01 Finca Aria is an impressive villa nestled deep in the countryside close to Buger. This spacious and airy property offers 4 bedrooms for a maximum of 6 guests. The attention to detail and décor here is extravagant and at the same time extremely inviting. The house is accessed via the wide covered terrace to the front of the property and here there is an expansive open plan living area and dining area. The high ceilings provide a welcome coolness to this area in the summer months. There is a fully equipped chefs’ kitchen and separate laundry room too. Moving through the house there are two stylish double bedrooms with en-suite shower rooms. In addition, there is also a twin room ideal for children which can also be used as an office space. Taking the sweeping staircase that leads to the upper master bedroom guests will be treat to beautiful panoramic views of the surrounding countryside whilst relaxing in a room which boasts a living area, private terrace, en-suite bathroom and a suitably large bed. Outside there is a barbecue area with seating, a large kidney shaped pool with sun loungers. For those who enjoy a sundowner, the owner also provides a full keg of beer on tap by the pool too!
