"Mostly nice and clean property though our room had a distinct odor to it and part of the floor was not real clean. Front desk staff were very good and efficient at check-in and we checked out with a virtual agent at 9am the next morning. Breakfast was very sparce with only a few choices and those were not in abundance. Overall for the price it was a decent place to stay and there are lots of shopping and restaurants close by."

"Absolutely wonderful romantic getaway weekend stay at The Ballantyne with my husband! Gorgeous clean large room with a balcony overlooking the park. All staff were professional, attentive, and extremely friendly. Excellent guest services. Food and drinks at the restaurant and bar were delicious. We will be back again in the near future!"
