The room I checked into was not cleaned. There was hair in the bathtub, bugs on the pillows, blood on the hairdryer, the tile floors in the bathroom were not grouted down so they were sticking up and sharp, the a/c blew warm moldy smelling air, and there were questionable stains all over the couch ...
