Property and service was amazing. Only issue I had with this visit was the folk above us. We were on the second floor in a disabled room (fantastic amenities) unfortunately whom ever was above us was extremely loud. It sounded like someone was jumping off the bed onto the ground every 10 min. It was so loud the divider in our room vibrated. We had to call front desk twice. The first time the folks did not listen, but the second time they seemed to more effective in getting the folks to calm down. Other than that incident your hotel and Danielle (front desk) was fantastic

Look for different accomodations. This hotel has declined immeasurably in the last two years. The room was dirty and has several items broken. Finally , it became evident there was also a bug infestation issue as well.The staff seem more busy doing things in their cell phones or eating at the "breakfast" bar. Other staff members just seem to wander aimlessly to log hours for their pay. Stay away from this hotel. Save your money.

A Decent Hotel
Breakfast was decent just pool area had lots of hair and garbage on the floor. The water almost had a green colour to it and felt a bit slimy.

Absolutely great stay! Friendly staff! Loved the convenience of being right off the interstate and close to shopping. We would definitely stay again. One comment, is to have to option to have the fridge on beyond 2 hours at a time. As if any left overs are in the fridge, there is the fear of spoilage. Having to press a button every 2 hours is not convenient, but I do get why you guys do that. Just would have been nice to be able to keep on over night. Or at least for 8 hours.

Our stay was very good. The room was clean, and nicely made up. We had all the amenities we needed. The first day our bed, was not made up, but the second day it was.
