  • Beautiful house by the Niangua River, perfect to fish, swim, kayak, and relax in the big deck facing the river.
    Direct access to the river
    Perfect place to relax, work from "home" or simply recharge.
    Not a party house and gatherings are not allowed.
    Limited parking for 2 vehicles, trailers not allowed as there is no way to turned around due to the proximity to the river
    Responsible pet owners are welcome with pet fee
