Room was not clean. Dirty sheets, hairs in the shower and on towels. Black mold in the bathroom. Breakfast was both over cooked the first morning or still frozen the second. Staff didnt seem interested in keeping it clean or full.

Staff were very friendly! Hallways and lobby were clean. Room was pretty clean, just a little dusty which is common. Room & hallways we very cold though, the fridge was so cold our drinks froze. Not too far from stores & places to grab a quick meal. Overall we will stay there again if we need a hotel in that area!

Worse check in I have ever had at a hotel. Slow beyond belief. One customer in front of us and it took like 10 to get to us. Then when it’s our turn finally, the phone rings and the front desk check in guy puts are check in down and starts dealing with the reservation change for whoever is on the phone, versus taking his/her number and calling them back. I finally grabbed my credit card and ID from his desk and was about to walk out when that finally got his attention back on us, the clients in front of him.

It was close to where we needed to be. The room was small for a suite and the hvac was load. So, needless to say we did not get much sleep. Also, the bed was too firm for comfortable sleep.

I checked in and was given a room. The room had a strange smell I immediately noticed when I entered. There was an excessive amount of vents which I found odd then I heard entire conversations of other guests, aggressive conversations between a male and a female. A persistent stink from “Mary Jane” was coming into the room through said vents. At one point I dropped my phone and it slid to floor by back of bed and what did I see…a broken used drug paraphernalia, empty old 22 of beer and a lighter and part of a baggie which I’m

Hold the drugs used in said paraphernalia oh and an old towel. I booked this room for my daughter and I as it said “Galleria” it was more “ghetto”

For an 2 hour early arrival asked me $50. And did not gave me 30 min for checkout in the morning every 5 minutes they kept coming back.

The pool looked green and unmanaged. The room we stayed in was 90 degrees even though we set the thermostat to 60. The shower head had some serious calcium buid up and had poor water pressure. But the staff was friendly enough and the complementary breakfast was ok.

A few days before we were supposed to check in, I got an e Mail saying we were no longer able to stay at the hotel due to unforeseen circumstances. I was lucky to be checking my e mail otherwise I wouldn’t have seen the message and may not had a place to stay. We booked this hotel in may for bills vs giants game. I am very grateful that they moved us to a different hotel and honored the price I originally paid. I would have appreciated a phone call and not an e Mail.

They cancelled my reservation, just prior to my trip. Putting in jeopardy, my air fare, car rental, NFL tickets, and making me seek accommodations, elsewhere!
Hotel was closed to house imigrants and we were never notified! Showed up to check in and were SHOCKED

This hotel was completely taken over by the government for Nigerian immigrants. They did not honor our reservations, of course, because the entire hotel was full of young Nigerian men. We were never notified about this a paid a taxi to get there and then paid again to find another hotel.
