Wonderful staff, breakfast very good and very in the centre, close of restaurants

The staff at this hotel are just lovely, very welcoming and friendly. Hotel rooms are fine, breakfast is good. Rooms are small for 2 beds and a couch, but most wouldn't need a triple room! Close to Recoleta and a 15 minute walk into town.

The hotel was very central to everything, walking distance to the subway and buses and could walk to all the major city attractions. Breakfast was good compared to others and staff were very helpful in providing information and booking tours and taxi.

Great location to Plaza De Mayo, Teatro Colon and Florida Street. Even Porto Madero is just a short walk away. The Subte or subway is also close.

I stayed here in 2011 and had another lovely experience! It was within walking distance of most places and the hotel is near some good restaurants.

Everything is nice. Location, staff attitude, cleanliness, their patio for breakfast.

During my stay, this building had a power shortage No running water No air conditioning And worst of all No announcement No advise No helping hand for checking out customers nor apologizing Just did not care about travelers from the outside Will never recommend this unfair treatment to anyone... I even requested a refund for my spent money with a cold No answer

After a confusing beginning with a mix up in reservations that made me spend one night in a different hotel in the Unique collection, I had a great week. If you are looking for a quite out-of-the-way place, this is not the place for you. This hotel is in the "Times Square" of Buenos Aires. You will find yourself in the heart of the city ready to experience all that Buenos Aires has to offer. Being a non-Spanish speaking the hotel staff was helpful in every way possible. They helped me move from point A to B and finding all the resources I needed for the week. The hotel itself is older and some of the fancy wood features have some flaws, but overall was clean and comfortable.
