The experience at the apartment was good but need improvement, for example a microwave,kitchen utensils, the bed setting was not so good. In general was good and the staff very attentive.

This was a great place to stay. It was safe, clean, and easy to check-in/out. There is no front desk so communication was completely online, but overall it was a great place to stay.

Stay here every year for a week. Lovely apartment. Clean, well appointed, on a quiet street close to many bars and restaurants. And easy to walk to centre of Palermo. Easy check in and out. Love staying at this place.

Room has all basic including kitchen area that is needed for staying for 2-4 weeks. Nice location. Balcony was nice touch. Safe and secure entrance. Friendly people especially housekeepers Catalina and Agustina. Since it is not a hotel there is no regular fresh towels. I think it would be nice to inform people about the process and what to expect and when.

It was difficult not having someone to check you in. It took some time to open the lock box. No coffee or tea etc...just a room. The help desk wasn't also available. I bashed into the main doors as it was super clean. Please put a sign as the inside and outside look the same. Dangerous!!!

There was 2 room booked. When we arrived there was other people in one of our rooms. It was a very unconfortable situation because I was able to open the door and see the other people sleeping inside the room. Because of the situation my entire family slept in only one room using the floor in a very unconfortable stay. Communication was good but they could not fix the situation for us. I asked for total refund since I did not received what I pay for.

Vale a pena!
Nossa estadia foi ótima! Mesmo reservando em cima da hora consegui um preço muito bom. Quarto: muito espaçoso, todo novo e moderno, geladeira, Fogao, cafeteira, sofá cama grande, utensílios de cozinha , tudo muito confortável Prédio: tudo automatizado, mas existe uma sala de Adm no 8 andar para suporte Localização: localização muito boa, bem no meio de Palermo. Pontos que poderiam melhorar: mesmo quarto sendo grande não tem espelho! E a cozinha ficaria 100% se tivesse microondas. Dica: na hora da reserva peça para NÃO ficar no térreo! Meu quarto era do lado do elevador no térreo, era muito barulho visto que era uma área de comum acesso dos hóspedes.

Boa estadia, com algumas considerações
O apartamento é bem decorado com mobílias novas, deixando tudo aconchegante. A localização é boa, fazendo muitas coisas caminhando. Deixamos o carro na rua por uma semana, não tivemos nenhum problema. (Apenas era preciso procurar vaga e o trânsito é caótico). Gostamos bastante da cozinha, da varanda e do espaço de sofá para relaxar. Alguns pontos importantes que precisam ser levados em conta: o chuveiro em andar alto leva em torno de 20 minutos para esquentar, devido a pressão da água. O banheiro acaba ficando molhado após o banho. A cama estava com cheiro ruim e estranho, tivemos que deixar o edredom na sacada para pegar um vento, mas não melhorou. A porta de entrada do prédio estava sempre aberta, o que nos causou bastante insegurança. A questão do barulho pode ser um problema, vai depender dos vizinhos que estiverem no andar. Tivemos problema de som alto duas noites.

Ótima estadia.
O quarto é muito bom e exatamente como mostram as fotos. Encontramos tudo limpo e organizado. A cama e muito confortável e o banho bem quente. O quarto e amplo e o banheiro também é grande. A TV não funcionou muito bem por problemas de conexão. Não conseguimos assistir todos os dias. Gostamos muito da grande janela de vidro que da vista para a rua.

Te dan más instrucciones que a empleado de Mac Donalds dice atención las 24 hs cuando reservas luego que reservas te atocigan con un check in!! Cómo si uno cuando va un hotel supiera cronometradamente la hora de ingreso, pues bien con tantas reglas uno va pensar que tienen el servicio digno de un duque de Buckingham pues no, el servicio es básico y nunca responden una llamada telefónica, nunca!!! Así que si van a reservar y su vuelo llega a l madrugada a Buenos Aires eviten reservar en el departamento con más reglas de Buenos Aires y menos servicios que un hostel de zomalia. Saludos

Apartamento excelente, completo! Se pode comprar algo e cozinhar. Tem uma varanda que pode apreciar um bom vinho. Localização muito boa, metro a umas 3 quadras, tem restaurante, farmácias, supermercado e western union próximo

Todo muy bonito. El espacio bien decorado, había todo, el balcón increíble también. Lo único a mejorar es la cantidad de ruido que hay. Durante la noche hubo uno específicamente que no me dejó dormir bien: parecía que una motocicleta pasaba por enfrente cada 10 minutos, solo que venía desde dentro del apartamento.
