You get one room (no refrigerator, the kitchen cupboards were empty (no utensils, pots/pans, dishes), no beach chairs, one lanai chair, yes a/c) and one bathroom (no hot water in shower). We got our key on Day 4\. It needed a deep clean before we got there. We booked this property at least 6 months in advance, there was enough time to provide everything the listing said it had (which was everything), or revise the listing and let us know.
