The Space:

This is the whole property, both units, booked as one. The 2023-built Hacienda Mosaic home sits above, and the Hacienda Chiquita suite occupies the lower level with its own exterior entrance. Known among Buena Vista locals for its colorful architecture, the property runs on artistry throughout, from the adobe-style fireplace to the vibrant tilework and the signature spiral staircase.

The main home's living area centers around an adobe-style gas fireplace accented with colorful mosaic tiles and built-in bench seating. Comfortable leather and upholstered chairs, a Smart TV, and abundant natural light create an inviting space to gather or unwind after a day on the river. The open layout flows seamlessly into the dining nook and kitchen, while layered rugs and warm wood tones bring the room's Southwestern character to life.

The lower suite's living area feels relaxed and welcoming, with a bright leather sofa that converts into a queen sleeper, a Smart TV for movie nights, and a small dining bar for casual meals or morning coffee. Simple decor and warm lighting create a comfortable space to unwind after a day of adventure.

That includes both kitchens, all five bedrooms, all bathrooms, both laundry setups, the private balcony, and the front porch. There are no shared interior spaces between the units, and each has its own private exterior entrance. With both booked together, the entire property belongs to your group.

💵 Additional Fees

Damage Protection: A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. Before check-in, you'll choose one of two options:

Damage Waiver: A non-refundable fee from $25–$40/night (max $200), covering accidental damage beyond normal wear and tear, up to $500. Most guests pick this, and nothing is held on your card.

Security Deposit: A fully refundable hold from $350–$1,000. This is a pre-authorized hold (not a charge) that is released following a damage-free inspection after checkout, typically within 7 business days.

Amounts depend on the home and length of stay. This is handled separately from your reservation payment.

Optional services like early check-in, late check-out, and extra guests can be arranged on request, subject to availability. These cover the cost of reworking the cleaning schedule or bringing in a second cleaner. Please message us ahead of time for pricing and availability.
