Buena Vista Audubon Society & Nature Center

The staff here is wonderful. They go out of their way to help you any way they can. I had two members of the staff go out of their way to help me with something on my stay this time. The breakfast here is always delicious and everybody there is helpful and always in a good mood. This place is spotless! I went into the restroom near the breakfast room this morning and it was immaculate. They are very conscientious about cleanliness here. The beds are comfortable and the rooms are nice sized.

The breakfast was always low on food and beverage and the staff wasn’t eager to refill! Very noisy above is and kids running up and down the hallways screaming most of the day so sleeping peacefully wasn’t an option! Parking shouldn’t be a charge and I was overcharged for it as well and still no one has contacted me to refund it! Kitchenette area looked like it was under construction definitely an eye sore
