Proximity to MTB trails and town is very convenient all while having a large, private yard with the Arkansas River flowing in the backdrop. It truly is a special spot and we hope to come back for years to come. "

"The property is absolutely beautiful, and so is the house! We loved being next to the river, the provided hiking poles, and the dog friendly property. The host was extremely responsive and easy to reach, which made the check-in and check-out process extremely smooth! The only thing that would hinder my decision to stay here again is the quality of the beds - my friends and I all had the same experience where they sloped in towards the middle with two people sharing the bed. If the beds were replaced, we would be here again in an instant!"

The property had beautiful views of the mountains and the stream in the backyard was an added bonus. The house had a great setup for toddler (no shaper edges or things he could get into that he shouldn’t). We would definitely stay here again"

"The beds were very comfortable, and we appreciated having a refrigerator in the room. Breakfast was very good. However, the in-room microwave turntable didn't work and my cup scorched. The inside of the coffeemaker was not clean.Overall, a nice stay."
