We stayed in the hotel for 2 nights. It is a new hotel and the interiors are very modern. There were a few unfinished works in the room and bathroom. The hotel's parking is 5 min walk beyond the football field, near the beach. The room was cosy with lots of storage- the best we have seen in any hotel. The gym is small (bedroom size) with two machines and weights; the pool, which is more like a dipping pool, is on the rooftop with sun loungers. The dinner was good, but breakfast was a bit of a let-down. There was a lot of variety, but it didn't look fresh. The breads were dry; the toaster didn't work. Perhaps they should work on quality rather than quantity. The staff were extremely helpful, and the location is great. One can take a taxi to the old town.

There is much to like about the Luminoso Boutique Hotel. The rooms are nice and new. The shower is possibly the best shower we have experienced in any country. The staff was helpful and the beach is very close. It is a bit of a walk to old town but doable. The breakfasts were excellent with an extensive variety and some variation from day to day. It was advertised as a sea view room but as we were placed on first level there wasn’t much of view which was disappointing. Ask for a higher floor. The biggest drawback is it is on a busy street with street noise until late at night and beginning again early in the morning. Perhaps it would be less noisy on higher floors or interior facing rooms. Otherwise a pleasant stay.

Beautiful modern new hotel, lovely room, very comfortable bed, great waterfall shower. Reception staff were super friendly and helpful. Lovely rooftop pool. Only downside is location next to a main road but otherwise it was a great choice.

This truly is a fantastic hotel. The attention detail, hotel design, room design truly is special. The staff are very helpful, especially Marko. He was great at giving us advice on where to visit, restaurants to eat at etc. He really went above and beyond to make sure our trip was planned perfectly. The room was immaculately clean. And the shower was possibly the best I have ever used. The food on offer at the hotel was truly incredible. Super tasty and very well priced. The swimming pool area is a true sun trap and offers some lovely views of the mountains and the sea. The only downside (which I guess the hotel can’t control) is that the road immediately outside the hotel is rather busy and can be loud. The area the hotel is situated is still under a lot of change, but so too is Budva. It feels like a still developing part of the coastline and so expect lots of construction. We also had a few issues with our air con but the hotel staff went a long way to attempt to fix it. Also the parking is about 5 mins away. Although it is manned during the day you are leaving your car unattended essentially in a secluded spot over night. Overall a fantastic stay and would recommend in the future.
