"Great location for the bus station (5 mins walk), but a little further out from the port and the old town (c. 20 mins walk). Only c. 10 minute walk from the nearest beach. Lots of places to eat nearby, although mostly fast food. The restaurant at the bus station was very good value... decent price and huge portions. The room was clean, spacious, and had a powerful shower. Comfy bed, juliet balcony, and very good air conditioning. Quite a few supermarkets nearby"

"The room was furnished with older furniture, the carpet was old and stained, the air conditioner worked great although made a lot of noise. Having said that, the location is great, staff is very nice, bed was comfortable and breakfast wad wonderful! Overall a very good option if one one doesn't care whether the room is modet or not."

"I booked the reservation because location was great. It looked nice and photos when I arrived there was no one at the receptionist because they don’t work after 10 PM so if your flight is delayed, you will be screwed. However, the restaurant downstairs is open and I think they saw when we walked in and 20 minutes later they came to open the door, which was great. Also, they left a note on the desk, but I did not know that as a person arriving I should’ve been text on WhatsApp or sent an email that there’s a note about my room number and my keys sitting there. There’s no one there. The receptionist is very sweet. The hotel is clean. I didn’t like my room view because we were facing just bushes and trees and it did smell a little bad like fish could be from the restaurant downstairs, which is part of the hotel as well. Room spacious location is amazing. The food is affordable. There’s no coffee in the room which I think it’s a no dealbreaker for me. I like to have my coffee every day. I have to leave my room to go downstairs to find coffee airport was an hour and 15 minutes away drive the people are sweet. Everyone is nice. I didn’t have a bad experience with the hotel just a few things I listed here that I expected because I’ve been a world traveler for many years and I travel with two children who are teenagers. Coffee in room Is impt."

"Very nice property, our villa was huge and had a washing machine and full kitchen. Great breakfast. Beach is rocks not sand with limited lounge chairs and no service for drinks or anything. Water taxi to old town was great, free service with good hours. Spa was awful - don’t waste time there."

"Ogi and Alek were wonderful and truly very helpful at reception. They gave us many wonderful recommendations and were always ready to help. The property is clean and breakfast has a pretty great selection. The property is a very walkable distance from old town, where you may spend the majority of your time during dinners and exploring. The beaches are also very accessible and you can take a quick taxi to places that are harder to walk to. My friend and I would highly recommend staying here during your visit to Budva!"

"Excellent location close to the Old Town. Relatively quiet, away from the beach restaurant row further up the bay. Sea View room was very good ( although better described as Tree View since they obscure most of the view). Breakfast was decent, Hemingway’s bar was goods for food and cocktails"
