DO NOT BOOK! I booked this property months in advance and less than 24 hours before I was due to arrive, they moved me to a neighbouring hotel. The hotel they moved me to had lesser facilities, was a French and Italian speaking hotel and was very dated. I visited Janna e Sole to ask what had happened and if they could move me back to where I originally booked, they were rude and dismissive. I asked if I could have at least have a refund for the price difference as the hotel they had moved me to was nowhere near as nice. They have point blank refused and I am still fighting with them on this after being hung up on, and my emails ignored by their booking team. We heard a lot of horror stories from other guests about staff behaviour. They point blank lie to guests. Customer service is not something they offer. This was truly the worst holiday I’ve ever had.

Ottima esperienza.
Villaggio grande, curato e confortevole. Piscine ottime, cibo buono , vario ed abbondante; dolci super. Animazione così e così.

Hotel liegt eigentlich ganz schön und ist von der Architektur ganz ansprechend. Damit hört es aber auch schon auf. Terasse oder Balkon teilt man sich mit dem Nachbarzimmer. Wir hatten zum Glück nur Frühstück gebucht. Tassen und Teller in der Regel dreckig. Es gab Kaffee und Tee. Leider nur eine Teesorte. O-Saft aus dem Pappbecher. Eier bestanden aus Eipulver und waren ungenießbar. Um 9 Uhr gab es keine Butter mehr. Und das anwesende Personal echt unfreundlich. Zum Glück hatten wir kein AI gebucht. Kurz und gut, das Hotel ist eine Katastrophe und an Wohlfühlen ist nicht zudenken. Wir können nur jedem dringend abraten dies Hotel zu buchen.

Im Großen und Ganzen OK, bis auf … keine Beach Towels (bekanen welche in quasi Kulanz) … außer Italienisch war für viele ein Problem … die Wassertemperatur in den Pools der war furchtbar kalt … trotzdem ein schöner Urlaub trotz Covid Restriktionen

On a adoré !
Complexe hôtelier super sympa. Cadre agréable, impeccable à tout les niveaux. La nourriture divine et « fait maison », loins d’une cuisine de cantine très souvent présente dans ce type d’établissements. Animation, équipe « Animatour » adorable et dynamique! Les enfants ne voulaient plus quitter l’hôtel ! Merci à Roberto, Melania, Rosy, Asia, Dominika, Antonio, Marina, Nico, Flavio, Andrea, Cris, … tous géniaux ! Bref, superbe expérience ! N’attendez pas pour réserver !

An absolutely terrible holiday experience in this hotel. This place has absolutely nothing to do with famous Italian hospitality and absolutely terrible food for the price you pay. To start with all inclusive experience is a lye. All that is included is water, disgusting sugary drinks “called juices” and water based cocktails “cocktail of the day”. Food is made from frozen products, covid definitely affected because the food is lowest quality possible, not eatable and disgusting. If you wish to have a glass of water at the bar is ok, but bottle is already extra price. At the beach even a glass is extra, so don’t forget to take money with you to the beach otherwise you drink from the shower that 10 mins away by walk. Obviously no Water in the room. Don’t forget towels for your holidays because in this 4* hotel the towels at the pool and on the beach is not provided. If you wish to go away for a night out and eat some real food you have to pay 15€ per person for a bus ticket, even though there are city busses that no one tells you about 1€ each. Make yourself a favour and rent a car to get away from there, don’t pay extra for all inclusive experience not to be disappointed. The only good points are the rooms, renovated with conditioner, however full of aunts! Save your money and nerves and book somewhere else!!!!!!

Schlechtes Hotel bisher. Schlechtes Essen, Restaurant wie Mensa, überall anstehen, laute Animation und Musik am Pool, schlechter Service für B B Gäste, nur Familien mit kleinen Kindern
