Cosy semi-detached house immersed in the beautiful setting of Porto Ottiolu, a hamlet in the municipality of Budoni, a renowned tourist centre on the east coast of Sardinia. Spread over two levels, it has a private garden that offers an ideal green space to spend pleasant moments of relaxation. Its proximity to the town will allow you to walk to all services, such as supermarkets, restaurants, bars and shops, while the beach, with its white sand and crystal-clear waters, can be reached on foot in a few minutes . Its strategic location will also allow you to easily reach other tourist resorts on the coast such as San Teodoro and Olbia. The airport is about 33 km away.

The ground floor consists of a living room/kitchen with a two-seater sofa bed, while on the first floor there is a bedroom, a bathroom with shower and a small balcony with a sea view. The covered veranda on the ground floor is furnished with garden furniture, table, chairs and barbecue and is a wonderful outdoor space, perfect for relaxing, reading a book, having lunch or simply sipping a good glass of wine. At guests' disposal air conditioning, washing machine, TV. Parking nearby.
