The listed historic building is situated in the HART of Budapest right next to a Michelin-star, and other restaurants, down at street level as well as a parking facility right next door. This totally renovated flat offers a great feel of a turn of the century building with high ceiling, tall old doors yet a modern layout with all 21st century features built in. The apartment has new double glazed windows offering a complete sound protection once you return home from the busy streets of Pest. Once you step out of the building you will feel that you couldn't possibly gone any more center. Sas utca is full of restaurants, coffee houses, located by the Basilica, 2- 5 minutes walk from Danube river, Chain bridge and Kiraly street the world famous Ruinpubs area, 10 minutes walk as from the world's 2nd larges Synagogue. The apartment is on the 3rd floor and the building doe not offer an elevator / lift.
