Its for 6 guests only. Our elegant place is beautifully designed with antique and modern furniture to make your stay unique. You are only 3 min away from famous Cafe-House NewYork and Boscolo Hotel. There is an old historic Market Hall in front of our house with everything for Grocery, including fresh cow milk. Many restaurants and bars are around, as well a 24/7 shop. APARTMENT: We offer you a generous and spacious flat, a unique place that we created for ourself with an magical atmosphere you wont find in any hotel. Its a classic place with heigh ceilings and hard wooden floor, filled with hand picked furniture and original art work. Last century items mixed with modern style ad an extra to your stay. We carefully restored this place and safe its typical old Budapest atmosphere in it. So one can imagine the last century, but also surf with high speed in the internet. The elevator brings you up to one of the last floor. The apartment got big windows and is filled with light. We added an original Italian Espresso Maker to it, to provide a perfect start for your day in Budapest as well as an sophisticated Sound System from Geneva so you can simply enjoy a unique living experience. ELEVATOR - WIFI, WLAN, WASHING MACHINE, DISH WASHER, FRIDGE, COOKER, TOWLS, BEDLINEN, CENTRAL HEATING, ETC... -. ! ! ! YOU JUST HAVE TO BRING YOUR TOUTH BRUSH AND SHAMPOO ! ! ! BATH & TOILETTE ARE SEPARATE KIDS ARE WELCOME good communication we speak: DEUTSCH, GERMAN, ENGLISH & RUSSIAN AROUND: The place is well connected to all other city parts. The neighbourhood around is full of life, an atmosphere that artists like Pablo Picasso or Cartier Bresson would have loved. In front of the door you experience Old Europe at is best. So you don´t need to listen to a tourist guide who tells you about the great past and the extraordinary of that place. Its still there. The historic market around the corner is unique and nowhere else in Europe you find places like this for such a price. Try the home made honey and apricot jam from the farmers who come in the morning together with a fresh white bred or the Hungarian Kifli. Also don´t forget the world famous Hungarian Salami. It goes best with yellow paprika, white bred and fresh butter. The cheese stand on the right side is outstanding and provides you with home made products and fresh milk. Ask for the smoked cheese. Bring one of the empty glass bottles from my kitchen and the nice woman (speaks English) will fill it up right in front of you with fresh cow or goat milk. Opposite the cheese stand you find a place where they sell bred and yoghurt. The yoghurt is the best one I ever tasted in my life. They offer it with rasberries, strawberries, peaches and many other tastes. Ask also for kefir and turorudi rools - its a chream cheese filled chocolate roll. This one will make your day. The café Csiga on the corner of the market hall is a good place for a cheap breakfast or a good night beer. Its filled with intellectuals and artists. On the opposite side there is a Gulash restaurant - cheap and great to experience. Four minutes walk away you can allready enter the famous New York coffeehouse, as big as half a soccer field. But there are other ones around the city who are great too and cheaper. Just start to stroll throughout the streets and you will love it. To the river Duna you walk arround 6 to 8 minutes. Depends on your speed. In that direction you will find other nice little shops of the neighbourhood. Dont forget to pack your bathing suits and the best after your arrival is to go to the Szechenyi Fürdo. You can take the tram to Octogon and then change to the second oldest subway in Europe the Földalatti in the direction to Mexico Ut. The station of the thermal bath has the same name like the bath. Its a 15 minutes trip or 6 minutes by taxi. After the first hour in the both bathes, try the Thai Massage for 30 Euro per hour. There are Thai masseuses from Wat Pho in Thailand. You dont get a Thai Massage anywhere else that cheap and good in Europe. Its almost like on the beach of Ko Samui and its very warm on the place they do it. So it feels totally right. After all that get a bottle mineral water out of the machine in the entrance hall. Even better the fresh Orange Juice from another machine, before you leave. For dinner find out about the Menza Restaurant near Octogon at Liszt Ferenc tér 2\. Two people can eat for 30 Euro with drinks. Its really high quality. For the evening its better to make a reservation. for cheap taxi please call (phone number hidden) - its cheaper then the normal one and they speak english tram in front of the house every 5 minutes If you need pick up from the airport or train station, please let me know and I can send a driver. ## Property amenities ### Pool/Spa - It's a great apartment, very spacious & excellent location. You could walk to most places if not the metro station is just round the corner & it's only a short trip into the main areas. Frank the apartment is owner is incredibly helpful. Nothing is too much trouble for him. If you are looking for a good apartment in Budapest I don't think you can go wrong with this one. I highly recommend it. Es ist alles so wie auf den Bildern, sogar noch etwas besser. Es ist ruhig, man kann gut schlafen. Die Küche ist super gemütlich. Die Lage ist top und der Fahrstuhl wann man müde mit viel Gepäck ankommt, einfach Klasse. Das Haus ist gut gepflegt und leise. Einchecken ist simpel und alles was man braucht ist da. Die Stadt hat sich zum Besseren entwickelt und wird von Jahr zu Jahr immer schöner. Die Wohnung von Frank hatten wir zum ersten Mal gemietet, da unsere Vermieter ihre verkauft hatten. Sie ist sehr gut gelegen, gleich neben dem Jüdischen Viertel und unweit des berühmten Cafehaus New York. Die Wohnung ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet, alles was man braucht, ist da. Es gibt einen Fahrstuhl und das ist sehr komfortabel, besonders wenn man mit seinem Gepäck ankommt. Die Wohnung ist sehr hell und wirkt dadurch sehr freundlich. Die tollen Holzmöbel sind wunderbar. Auch das Geneva Sound System. Mein Mann hat es sehr genossen und überlegt, ob er sich jetzt selber eins kauft. Die Kommunikation mit Frank war ausgezeichnet. Wenige Minuten vom Jüdischen Viertel, gleich um die Ecke das Cafe Hauer mit dem besten Kuchen der Stadt und unschlagbaren Preisen. Und alles was man sonst so braucht direkt vor der Tür. The apartment is very big, high ceilings, wooden floor, something hard to find these days. We also fell in love with the Italian coffee maker and the comfortable beds. Franks apartment is very stylish and classic in the same way. We liked it a lot and the location is perfect for everything. Nice old market beside the house and great restaurants and bars around. Es ist einfach unbeschreiblich schön. Viel Platz, Parkettböden überall, super sauber, viel Licht, ausgewählte Lampen, bequeme Betten und voll im Zentrum. Konnten von hier mit unseren Freunden immer alles sofort erlaufen oder erfahren. Ganz Klasse und immer wieder gern. War einfach unbeschreiblich schön und sehr günstig für das was es ist. Klimaanlage wurde trotz 2 maliger Nachfrage nicht zur Verfügung gestellt. Raumtemperatur nachts 30 Grad!!! Lüften war aufgrund der Lautstärke (Bahn/Straße) nicht möglich. Everything worked fine and a lot of space. This place is much to cheap for what it offers to its guest. A real bargain you might not find that easy in Europe anymore. On a main road so the front bedroom is a little noisy (I happened to have ear plugs which really helped!) but really comfortable beds, well appointed small kitchen and a great shower.
