Krásný pokoj a strašná domluva

Neseděly informace k otevření pokoje. Klíč js si sice vyzvedli podle instrukcí, nicméně pasoval do jiných dveří, než měl. Dostali jsme se tedy do pokoje a našli jen 2 ručníky a 2 povleceni pro 3 lidi, když jsme psali na kont. číslo, řekli, ze neví co se děje a ze jsme v jiném pokoji. Slečna řekla, at jdeme do druhého pokoje a řekneme si o chybějící věci. Ti se s námi nechtěli bavit. Když už jsme byli vytoceni, protože jsme cekali téměř 2 hodiny po příjezdu na pokoji, bylo nám řečeno, ze můžeme jít do města a ona to vyřeší. Vyřešila, ale žádná snaha o odškodnění nebo omluvu... Pri odjezdu navíc naše krabička na klice byla obsazena a museli jsme je dat jinam. Celkově domluva hrozná. Ale pokoj byl moc pěkný, uklizeny, moderně zařízený a v blízkosti centra i hromadné dopravy.

Из положительных эмоций после пребывания в этом отеле на майские праздники-только локация этого отеля. Все остальное было просто ужасно! Мы прилетели ночью и когда мы добрались до отеля,нам пришлось час стоять на улице «целовать двери».Потому что по телефону никто не отвечал,на вотсап тоже.В итоге нам все же ответили и нам пришлось пройти целый квест,чтобы попасть в номер. О проживании.То,что на фото и в реальной жизни-огромная разница!Пвркет скрипит,розетки отваливаются,окно разбито,а душ течёт,когда моешься... Конечно же в номере ни разу не убирались и полотенца не меняли. Итог.Я бы не порекомендовал эти апартаменты никому.
