I have never been received so warmly at any hotel in my entire life of travels. I wish I could remember the young ladies name who checked us in. She was so helpful and went out of her way to receive us. She literally followed me out to the car to take our luggage in, she stored it until our room was ready and when we returned everything was in our room. She helped us pull our car out of the parking lot, went out side and waved us on. She helped us find a tour driver, who was equally amazing. Besides the staff at the hotel going above and beyond in every aspect, from the front desk to restaurant, the hotel itself is absolutely beautiful and the breakfast was amazing. They make you feel so welcomed and like their happy your there. I would 100% stay here again.. thank you so much.

The check-in Staff were very rude - name was Phoebe - was like she didn't want to work that day. Also had to push to get a room after 15:00 and believe we were given a lower-grade room because was not ready or because of her attitude. Room was not ready until 15:40 and was dirty - biscuit crumbs over the table and book. The hotel is beautiful but staff and first impressions everything - I would stay at the hotel nearby and just have a drink at Titanic Hotel in the future. I reached out to the hotel to complain about issues via the message centre but no reply.
