"Over all the property is great. Time for insect treatment. It is as 4th of July and grill was in terrible condition. Balcony needs to be treated and clean. A small tv in each room would be great. Air hockey table did not work. Game room needs a little work. Guest should be advised to bring extra toilet paper and paper towels. This is an absolutely fantastic facility. If we get back this is where we will stay. 10:30 checkout would be great. Thanks"
