10/10 Excellent

"We loved our stay at Flag House, the house is gorgeous and there was plenty of space for the 4 of us and our 2 small dogs. It was perfect for a short break with some fishing thrown in. The boys caught a few Pike and lots of small roach. The only negative about the fishing was the passing boats - some got too close and got caught up in the lines! Our 2 little dogs loved sitting on the decking and looking at the ducks and swans. Wroxham was a nice place to visit, a few nice shops and great Fudge shop. We also visited a fantastic Farm shop called Salhouse Farm Shop & Cafe, with lots of lovely craft stalls. Great Takeaway places nearby too, most of them deliver - Thai, Chinese and Curry and a Fish and Chip shop. The milk, tea, coffee, hot chocolate and biscuits were really appreciated and also the dog basket with treats for them was a lovely touch. Our host Tina was great and kept us well informed throughout. Highly recommend Flag House and we will certainly visit again."

"A great little find. Room did exactly what was expected, bed was comfy with good bedding, nice and quiet at night. Shower room looking a bit tired, but did the job perfectly, good powerful shower. Breakfast item's in your room were perfect start to the day. Plenty of coffee and tea and fresh milk and orange juice .Nice to have a fridge in the room and it wasn't noisy. Would not hesitate to stay again. Best to reverse into parking space."

"Spotless clean and great location pet friendly with enclosed garden, if you want fishing on the river its 5 mins walk, 10 mins into centre of lodden (take a torch if going late evening) a couple of nice pubs angel inn especially for great real ale, we will be returning."

"Had another great stay at River View. We went for my wife's special Birthday to a place she loves. I took my small fishing boat and launched it using NHL'S own slipway which is very handy for all the properties. ( I am lucky that the wife also loves fishing ). The large front garden also gives me a safe place to park my trailer. And the river side garden is somewhere we love to sit in the evening after fishing. The boat is moored on the river at the well maintained landing. Inside is just as advertised clean ,comfortable and generally well set out. And the personal touch for my wife's special birthday was much appreciated by us both."

"Very nice building quiet and pretty garden. The host was helpful and sorted out a minor problem quickly. The accommodation was comfortable and we enjoyed our stay. One change I would recommend and that's the shower could be made easier to operate and a few cleaning products wouldn't go amiss"

"We had a wonderful stay at River Breeze. The accommodation was really clean, very well maintained and in a quiet and peaceful location. We enjoyed sitting out on the decking in the evenings overlooking the water and exploring the broads by boat during the day. There is a lovely cafe at the end of the marina which took around 10 minutes to walk to and we also hired kayaks and paddle boards from Pub and Paddle which were delivered directly to the property. We had a really comfortable stay at River Breeze and the property had everything we needed. I would definitely recommend this property and if we were to return to explore the southern broads again in the future, I wouldn’t hesitate to book again."
