"First, I had trouble connecting to the Wi-Fi, so when I asked the front desk, they rudely told me to just follow the instructions on the router. I didn't have high expectations because of the low price, but the hotel's location in the entertainment district made it difficult to sleep. As an Expedia loyal customer, I found this hotel problematic, as it had several issues that made it difficult to trust Expedia's recommendations and classifications. Specifically, the noise between rooms disrupted my sleep. The electrical switches were hidden in the wall without covers, making it difficult to turn lights on and off. Overall, it was the epitome of a cheap hotel, and it definitely wasn't what the Expedia photos suggested. Therefore, if possible, I'd like to check out today and move to another hotel nearby. I'd appreciate a refund. Otherwise, I'd be happy to move to the hotel Expedia recommends, even if the price difference is a bit higher. I hope you can take action quickly. I have attached a photo of the problematic area."

"The breakfast was very limited, which was what it was advertised. The hotel was conveniently located within a 10-minute walk from a metro station. Overall it was a comfortable stay and worth the price."

"If the hotel heads do not take pride in its rooms than why should its guests. Bucheon is such a charming city, it seems appropriate that its name sake hotel would be equally as charming. Sadly, Bucheon hotel has slipped into the category of love hotel, which makes sense if there's profit in it, but at least put the time and care in to address the multiple unidentified stains on all the surfaces and some of the bedding, update the furniture and the bedding, and descale the bathrooms so that lovers can actually enjoy the romance of what could be a very wonderful hotel experience. The lobby is stunning which adds to the confusion of the state of the rooms. With a little care this greatly named hotel could actually live up to its name!"

"I had booked the spa room, and upon walking in, found stains all over the carpet. The room was a bit small but was fine. The mirrors on the wall easily fogged over, no matter if you closed the door to the bathroom. This meant that the slick wood panels on the floor were soaked when the mirrors dried off. The bathtub was a nice feature. It is located in a nice area of Bupyeong with lots of food and entertainment around, and not too loud at night. It was an ok stay in a love motel, but not really my type of place."
