The owners have put a huge effort into making the apartment a welcoming, very neat and exceptionally well presented living space, but other faults are they the air conditioner drips onto to small balcony, leaving a pool of water to sit in. And a annoying blinking light show from the door lock mechanism at night, when sleeping in the living room.
