My wife and I (from New York City) were pleasantly surprised by Le Boutique Moxa (Not to be confused with the Marriott branded Moxy Hotels). Our room had a cute terrace and it was spacious - far more spacious ironically than the room we had at The Moxy Hotel financial district in NYC. The hotel is steps away from Calea Victoriei, which has tons of cafés, shopping, tourist attractions like The Atheneu & art museum. At night, we walked 10 minutes a trendy spot called Mița Biciclișta for some drinks. Staff was incredibly friendly, very strong English comprehension (Alex and Bogdan were super helpful to us).
