Absolutely terrible experience. Avoid at all costs!! We booked with breakfast and a late checkout and the hotel wouldn’t honour either, even though it clearly states it on our booking. Receptionist was incredibly rude and unhelpful throughout. The towels in the room were visibly stained and the doors to the rooms need to be slammed shut so there’s no opportunity for restful sleep.
