The property, though aesthetically pleasing, lacked essential amenities and practical design choices. Positives: \* Prime Location: The property's proximity to town and local amenities, including a fantastic Italian restaurant, was a major plus. \* Modern Decor: The stylish interior and comfortable beds contributed to a pleasant atmosphere. \* Convenient Facilities: The inclusion of an iron, dryer, and ample water supply were thoughtful touches. Negatives: \* Insufficient Amenities: The property was understocked, with limited essentials like a coffee machine that doesn’t work, coffee cups, toilet paper, and tea bags. \* Poor Layout and Design: The unusual layout, including a kitchen shower and awkward bedroom configurations, was inconvenient. Additionally, the lack of bathroom locks and thin walls compromised privacy. \* Maintenance Issues: Several issues, such as faulty lamps, loose cupboard handles, and temperamental showers, detracted from the overall experience. \* Pest Presence: Reports of critters within the property were unsettling and unacceptable.
