Excellent property with great staff , I would recommend visitors from abroad with no knowledge of Bucharest. Great location between Romana Square and University Square .
Very good location, right in the heart of sector 1. It’s a block behind “Calea Victorei” which is like the Main Street with all the people and restaurants etc. would recommend this place this to others. Just be aware it’s a little dated and the bed kinda hard. It ’s not the Marriott in LA, but you can’t beat the location.

Good value for the price. Room had areas needed to be repaired. Staff was friendly and helpful.
I had a great room but it was right off the lobby so every cough, sneeze, conversation and front door slamming was heard! I only had breakfast one morning and it was a good selection.
The hotel is located about 5min walk from the nearest metro. Many restaurants and bars around the hotel. The hotel had character. Staff were friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was not included and cost approx $6 which was not too bad. Complimentary coffee and tea. Airconditioning, fridge and TV were provided
The property met all my requirements. A word of warning there are two properties so make sure you go to the correct address. I didn't and went to the wrong hotel. Outside the hotel is very vibrant with nice eating and drinking places. Shops, supermarket and pharmacy in the same street. Close to the city center. Absolutely no complaints.
The hotel is very well located close to Piata Romana and Calea Victoriei. Although it's in the middle of the hustle and bustle, the hotel is quiet and safe. This was despite some very noisy guests who kept slamming doors at all times. It's very well connected to public transport and just 8 miles from Henri Coanda airport. I'm giving it 4 stars because the economy room is pretty dark with only a small window opening to a well, and it would benefit of little maintenance. I've got no complaints about the breakfast, the communal areas and the staff, who are very friendly, accommodating, and speak fluent English.
This hotel was the last stop on my multi-country European trip. Initially, I was happy with the room, but over time, things got worse and worse. First, I realized there was only one plug in the room, and it was in an awkward spot. Then the sink broke, and instead of fixing it, they just left it as it was. By the third night, I realized there was no heat in my room — the heat only comes on from a central system for one hour. I woke up shivering and eventually got sick. On top of that, I noticed the cleaning staff opened my window and left it open, making the room even colder.
I reported these issues, but none of the staff could offer a solution until the very last day, when they finally brought a small heater to my room.
The cleaning staff was also quite aggressive and very loud, even when guests were trying to sleep in the late morning or afternoon.
Overall, the room itself was okay, and the front desk staff was friendly, but they were unable to properly address the problems I encountered. The cleaning staff’s behavior was particularly rude.
The hotel’s location and price were great, but unfortunately, everything else was disappointing.
My first time to give a 2 stars.
To be fair, it WAS great. I emailed to request some other services before I arrived. The staff was helpful and replied promptly. On arrival, the receptionist was attentive and briefed me on everything. The staff was polite and greeted you when you came back and left, probably they were trying to improve after some previous bad reviews. The location was perfect. The price was reasonable. But you only need to do one thing wrong to turn the 5 stars into 2 stars.
The next morning after my first night, there was another receptionist. I told him that 'no need to clean my room' and my room number. I repeated it and he repeated the same. I confirmed and left. When I was back in my room that night, the cleaner did enter my room and cleaned it. I gave this same message to many hotels before and all worked well, except this one.
I hated people touching my sleeping clothes.
The most critical issue, all my personal towels were hanged on the rack close to the toilet bowl. I'm sure when the cleaner cleaned it, she/he should have accidentally touch my towels. Even cautious enough, when people flushed the toilet without covering the lid, my towels would be contaminated. I covered the lid every time after I used it, when I was back, it was uncovered. If I know there's cleaner coming, I usually put my towels away from the toilet.
Btw, the hairdryer worked for around 10 sec and stopped. You've to wait for several minutes for it to work for 10 sec again.
I grow up in Buc.My second time staying here, super location, small hotel, cozy, quiet, best area to walk and dining ,weekends they close the main boulevard for cars (Victoria) and it's wonderful, walking area , restaurants open late the street tables, safest country in Europe LOVE IT
The a/c is not working, no one can't fix it until the next day.
Breakfast, the veggies look old, like its been reheated many times.
Our friend got bitten by a bug, don't what kind of bug, she got few big swollens after got up in the morning

Disliked: Amenities
Housekeeping and cleanliness can use some improvements - e.g. replacing broken coax cable for the TV, removing stuffs from the shower stall left behind by the previous hotel guest before the next guest's arrival.
