Hill Country Waterfront Home with private sandy beach, decks, large shaded yard

Waterfront Texas Hill Country home on Lake Buchanan with a private sandy beach. This 3300 square foot home has ample space to easily accommodate 25 people. It has a huge modern kitchen, a dining area, two living areas, 5 bedrooms and 4 full bathrooms The house sits on over an acre with awesome lake access, wide open water views, shade trees, decks, patio furniture, and off-street parking. Guests have free use of our canoes, free firewood for campfires, free DISH Network and free Wi Fi. Bring your own boat or ask us about renting a pontoon boat, Sea Doo, kayak or stand up paddle board.

We had a great time at this location. Easy access to the lake and yard games to play with family. Kitchen was spacious to cook for family and rooms spacious to accommodate family. Will rent again

Great place to stay
We had such a good time at the lake house. We had our own private beach, a large kitchen, the outdoor space was incredible. We would absolutely stay here again. The owners were super accommodating,everything was wonderful. Also the town wasn’t very far and the lake wasn’t crowded at all, maybe a few boats but that’s it. Loved it. We will be back.

Great house, great location.
We had a great time overall. The house was very clean. Kitchen was well equipped. Gwen was super friendly and inviting, she was also quick to respond to any needs. I do have to say that I was a little disappointed with the No Music rule. I was not aware that there could be no music at any time, when I booked the house, and it was not posted on the website. I was not informed until we checked in. It did not ruin our stay but it would have been a determining factor when booking. Also the yard had a lot of stickers, which made it a bit of a nuisance for outdoor play. I did inform Gwen about the issue. These were just minor inconveniences. We loved the house and the private beach for docking our water toys. My family had a lot of fun making memories, it was a wonderful experience. Thank you Gwen for sharing your home with us.

Great Family Gathering House
This house, housing 25 members of our family, was awesome. The activities and sandy beach area was perfect for our large family. The house was super clean on our arrival and Gwen so helpful. We plan on renting it again next year.
