It was stylishly renovated and furnished according to our ideas of vacation and relaxation. The renovation emphasized traditional craftsmanship and the use of contemporary turn-of-the-century materials. Modern accents and also original inventory from the time around 1900, lovingly prepared and prepared for you. The house is classified by the German Tourism Association (DTV) with 4 stars. The house has upstairs 3 bedrooms (each with a double bed 90/100 cm x 200 cm) and 2 bathrooms, each with shower, vanity and toilet. For the younger guests, we are happy to provide a high chair and a travel cot for children. On the ground floor you will find space at the large dining table. The 25 m² covered terrace is separated only by a half-timbered wall made of glass. The kitchen offers in addition to the usual facilities such as oven, stove, refrigerator, coffee maker, pots and a selection of spices ... a kitchen stove from grandmother's time, which is heated with wood as it was then. Enough firewood for cooking or just for the cozy warmth on cool evenings is ready. Of course, the house also has a modern central heating with radiators in every room. Auch Draussen sitzt man toll mit Dach auf der Terrasse oder kann im Garten relaxen. Bei der Sauberkeit sind wir immer ein wenig pingelig, aber unsere Erwartungen wurden sogar noch übertroffen. Im Garten kann man toll grillen und für Fahrräder gibt es einen Schuppen mit Lademöglickeiten für E-Bikes. Der Kontakt mit dem Eigentümer war herzlich. Alle 3 Schlafzimmer waren anders und alle sehr gemütlich, wir haben alle wunderbar geschlafen. Die zwei Bäder sind modern und ausreichend groß, es gibt genügend Ablageflächen. Der Holzofen war an den kühlen Abenden sehr gemütlich und an dem großen Esstisch finden alle Platz. Die Küche war top ausgestattet, es gibt im Wohnzimmer einen großen Fernseher (den wir nicht genutzt haben), viele Bücher und ein paar Spiele. Der riesige Garten ist sehr schön, auf der Terrasse haben wir unseren Nachmittagskaffe genossen und der Hof + Scheune bieten ausreichend Platz. Der Check in Vorgang war supereinfach und es gab wirklich nichts zu meckern.Wir können das Haus zu 100% empfehlen. ##### Stefanie K. Das Objekt entpuppte sich als sehr schön renoviertes Hunsrücker Bauernhaus, dem man auch in den Details (z.B. Toilettenpapierhalter, Putz mit Lehm und Stroh,..) ansah, das es mit Liebe und viel Sachverstand renoviert worden war. Für uns alle hatte das Haus eine tolle Atmosphäre: Der lange Tisch im Erdgeschoss lädt zum Zusammensitzen und Gesprächen ein, die Küche und der Haushalt sind sehr gut eingerichtet, es fehlte uns an nichts (mindestens ist uns nicht aufgefallen). Auch das Oberschoss mir 3 schön und stimmig eingerichteten Schlafzimmern (z.B. als Schreibtisch eine alte Schulbank) und zwei funktionalen Bädern mit Dusche vermittelte Komfort und eine tolle Atmosphäre. Der Service von Familie Steffens -Kommunikation- und die Austattung des Hauses waren hervorragend. Insbesondere die Ausstattung gerade auch für Kinder ist einzigartig. Alles wurde bis ins letzte Detail liebevoll gestaltet und Topp in Schuss gehalten.
