The hotel is ideally located in the heart of the city, with all major attractions, restaurants, and bars within a 5–10 minute walk. Overall, the environment was pleasant, the room was comfortable, and the mini bar was exceptionally well equipped. The facilities were also clean and tidy.
There are a few areas where small improvements could be made, particularly with housekeeping paying closer attention to details such as refilling toiletries, replacing the correct number of towels, and ensuring rooms are tidied more thoroughly.
