Great hotel at a great location and walking distance to new Metro train station. Rooms were large and spacious. Walking distance to stores and restaurants and market.
Friendly staff and great breakfast with lots of variety.
Had a great time staying at Royal Saigon.

Area around hotel is unsafe and covered in trash. Hotel is overrated. The only good thing was it was cheap. Location and building condition is poor. Staff seems uninterested in customers.

Everything was perfect. Loved the room, furnishings “old world charm”. Especially loved the heated toilet seat. Breakfast was good the afternoon tea was better! Staff excellent!
