The hotel is perfect for budget travelers. It's a 5-minute walk to the central train station and within walking distance of the castle and the Central Square, all in the same direction. You can get good Polish food in and around the area, and the nearby Mall has plenty of restaurants to satisfy your taste buds.
There is a Cafeteria at the hotel which serves breakfast only. The rooms are clean and spacious, and the staff were friendly to us.
I would certainly recommend this hotel.

The apartments were exactly like the photos, large airy warm, well equipped washer, dishwasher hairdryer tv, Netflix (own account) WiFi, really comfy close to the city, less than a 10 minute walk. Definitely 5 star and definitely worth the money

The apartment was clean and a short walk to Old Krakow. The Galleria was great to see families enjoying a nice summer night. The store was only a block away to pick up groceries and the coffee at the place below was very good. The receptionist in the office was friendly and very helpful.

"FRIENDLY SERVICE,clean hotel. No elevator, refrigerator, cleaning or coffee/tea service. GOOD food in restaurant and for breakfast. Limited English speaking. Probably very good for area."
