"This is the best cabin I have ever stayed in, and this was my second year. It is a beautiful cabin with every single thing you need to stay for however long you want. Gorgeous location, fireplace, great kitchen, deck and a lot of new rockers and furniture, even though not needed! AC and heat worked great but not needed due to fireplace. I will be going every year and you must look it up!!"

"I recently stayed 4 nights with my niece and girlfriend to experience some of what the Great Smoky Mountains have to offer. From the start, the hosts were responsive and helpful. They provided great advice on activities, places to eat, spots to visit, and what to expect from the weather. A short power outage occurred during our stay. The hosts were quick to reach out to make sure we had everything we needed. Thank you for treating us like family! I found the cabin to be exactly as described. The photos are accurate. The interior and exterior were both clean and organized. All appliances are in excellent working condition. The gas fireplace was a big hit. I found the beds to be comfortable. The kitchen had enough cooking implements to prepare most meals. Spices were limited to salt and pepper.The check-in/check-out process was easy. A binder of property details and instructions guided us through everything.There are two other similar cabins in close proximity. One is about 50ft from the wheelchair ramp. These cabins do not show in the pictures and not all maps show them. Guests of the other places were quiet, so we lucked out there! The shampoo and soap provided are travel sizes. A small supply of paper towels, toilet paper, and laundry soap are also provided. If your stay is an extended one, be prepared to restock these items.We had a pleasant experience. Woulddefinitely stay again. Thank you for sharing your place with us! "

"Awesome place to stay. Very clean and organized. I was able to find everything I needed easily. The owners had a paper notebook that was labeled with an index so that you could figure out anything you needed such as how to work the TV, etc. Attention to detail including cold glasses in the freezer and large matching beach towels in a basket by the door closest to the hot tub. Furniture, decor, dishes, etc. were very nice. Fireplace was very easy to use and very warm. Views were amazing. Trip up and down the mountain is not for the faint of heart! But was worth it! Would highly recommend"

"The only good thing about it was the convenience of the distance to the railway. The room was much smaller than what was shown on-line. The paint on the walls in the room were chipped. The area around the bathtub lever was dirty. The floor was tile and not carpet, so it was cold. The matress was too hard. There were no amenities!!!"
