Cool property with a great location and lots of character. It’s central to all things in Bryce city, including the park course, and we enjoyed the ebenezer dinner and live country band across the street.

Cannot beat the location, right outside Bryce National Park. Good dining options, great buffet. Shuttle stop and tours are available at the hotel. Onsite laundry always helps.

We arrived at the hotel at late night. It's extremely cold that night. We pulled our luggage and bags from the SUV to the hotel lobby. Finally our room was in another building then we have to put back the luggage to the SUV and drove to that building. The yard was dark and ground was not even. The breakfast is great.

Nicely kept historic property. Convenient shuttle service stopped in front. Grear staff and nice facilities. Well located near the National Park.

Room was outdated. Bed and pillows were not that comfortable. Shower head was old, not much pressure. Staff was friendly. Very conveniently located.

Positives: Great location for Bryce Canyon Negatives: Staff – the worst reception greeting I have ever had on entering a hotel let alone a Best Western (and over 30 years in both business and leisure I have stayed everywhere from budget properties to the best 5 stars). Unfriendly, rude, and a command of english so poor, I wonder how he could work in the service industry in America. To be honest though, with odd exceptions, most of the staff were miserable and long-suffering. Standard of facilities - rooms knackered and needing updating; a pool that was cared for about as well as you might expect given the staff attitude. (Pools should have clear water and you be able to see to the bottom, not look green and cloudy/murky – I would have taken a photo as proof, but that felt inappropriate with other guests using it) Overall: You haven't got a lot of options in Bryce Canyon and this place has an effective monopoly… don't be surprised when it then delivers like one, with no need for decent service or standards. I expect management will thank me for my review and promise to discuss my feedback with staff… as they do for every critical review posted on here. But if that was truly the case, as opposed to a standard sop, then why would the service continue to be so abysmal. I just hope for future guests that someone from Best Western might review these, and follow up as they worry about reputational damage to the brand.

Great place. Dining was easy, and even dinner was good -for kids with appetites, the buffet dinner cost less than the main course offerings, and buffet breakfasts were wonderful. Indoor pool great while weather was still cold. Bus stop into Bryce across the street. Only problem was finding our building -each time and especially at night. Room was fine

This property met our needs. We decided to stay in Bryce Canyon a second night rather than travel to Escalante and there were no more vacancies at the Lodge. I wasn't aware that the room was in a motel about a 3 min walk from the main lobby, pool, general store and restaurant. It was a little inconvenient because it rained and was chilly.

I’ve stayed here twice now and love the convenience of the dining options and general store! Only preference would be to have an earlier breakfast buffet (for those that like to go to the park for sunrise). Overall, would keep staying here and I recommend it to everyone I know visiting the area.
