The house was spacious and perfect for our son's graduation get together with family and friends. Plenty of room inside for all to stay and the outside was absolutely beautiful. HUGE stunning backyard with plenty of seating and room to play cornhole, catch and all outside activities. Plenty of parking in the front and side, which was a BIG plus for our group. The host was very responsive to all needs and questions we had. I would highly recommend to anyone needing a place to stay in the Bryan/College Station area. ##### Janet C. We spent almost all our time out there. We had a mix of family in town for the Alabama game so it was nice to keep folks outside. Parking was also definitely a plus. I’m personally not a fan of staying in someone’s full time home but the property was not misrepresented at all. Biggest advice would be to step things up in the cleaning department. I would go up on the cleaning fee and have a professional come through before your guests arrive. I felt like it was tidy but not freshly cleaned as we are used to when we travel.
