The flat is ideally located in Bruz, in a very pleasant, quiet environment with plenty of trees. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and the market. It's also close to the entrance to Rennes and the Parc Exposition, without any nuisance, and has a large plot of land.
