Worst part on technically 3rd floor, no elevator, very narrow staircase barely wide enough to carry a small suitcase. I ended falling climbing up because my suitcase got cought up on the bannister. The floor was not very clean and the linnens and bedsheets smelled like mildew. It was about 20 minutes on the bus from Brussels central but the busses are not very regular.
