Great location.
Only problem is the hotel does not have elevators to go into the rooms and to check in.
Its very difficult to go up stairs with luggages.
I mean like 3-4 floors on narrow stairs

Convenient location
It was pleasant but with some minor issues… no elevator- hard to manage luggage up the stairs, 1 bathroom light not working- reported but not fixed
The sleeping area was big and the bed was very comfortable. Few meters from metro station and within walking distance to mayor attractions
Basic but clean and quiet; friendly staff! Excellent location for public transport and food (carrefour supermarket, kebab shops). Downside: no elevator but narrow and steep staircase - not a deal breaker though.
Very narrow , if you have alot of luggage good luck carrying it up the narrow stairs , can hear everything from everyone’s room , the receptionist was pretty bland and unfriendly
This hotel just provides a bed and a washroom. So, I was not expecting much. However, they can improve their level of cleanliness. There was no elevator but that’s something they cannot fix. Overall, this hotel was ok. I would suggest them to improve their level of cleanliness.
I never imagined staying in a hotel in Brussels in such conditions: refrigerator, television and phone that do not work despite having reported the complaint to the reception twice. When I arrived, no soap no shampo. There wasn't even a glass to drink from if you wanted to drink tap water. The bath towel is of very poor quality. The stairs are very narrow. The room is very small, I would even say tiny. The toilet flush runs continuously..
The room was in poor condition. Heating stuck on very hot, non secure window and fire door. Shower was broken, sheets weren't clean and the room was in very poor condition in general. The wifi was so slow it was unusable.
We were afraid to go into the bathroom; it was full of mold and overall unclean.
Also, it serves no purpose to "say" you have internet, if the only place you can get it is in the hallway next to the admin office.
Below my expectations. I can’t mention my complaints here but the app management should look into some properties and gets the right value pls it’s important
Look elsewhere and only use here as a last resort.
Even for the low price I paid this place is the pits. In need of some serious renovation. Mould in the bathroom. Toilet panel fallen off. Shower was pretty powerful but no shelf to place shower gel etc. Single bed is not wide enough to be a single.
One plus side is the 24/7 reception.
1 star is way too many stars. There was dried blood on the curtains. The room smelled like old dirt, smoke, and cat urine. The stairs are dark, steep, and shallow.
I’ve stayed in some rough places. This place is worse than all of them. Just disgusting.
I have never stayed at such a dirty and dusty place. Completely run down. I moved out after the first night. Would never recommend anyone to stay here, and I regret not reading the reviews.
The only positive about it is there were no insects in the room.
It's one of the worst hotels ever and we don't recommend anybody to book there.
We stayed there only 1 night it is very dirty and they didn't clean under the beds where we found a lot of dust and old face masks.
The room and the toilet smells horrible and the humidity is very bad there specially in the toilet and since my boyfriend has breathing problem the humidity and the mold in the toilet caused him a serious lung problem and we are stuck with the doctors now.
Please please better to sleep in the street than sleeping there.
