The apartment size is approximately 200sq meters which includes a terrace of 65sq meters and is located on the 40th out of 42 floor. The flat has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and an additional guest toilet.

The apartment has an entrance hall, a very bright living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a bar area with incredible views of the water. possibility to rent a parking space ( 120 € / month). Everything is parquet or tiles and the apartment enjoys a high security: 24/7 physical security, security door, intercom, electric door.

Beautiful view of Brussels!

Beautiful patio and view of Brussels. Host was very helpful and immediateky communicated whenever we had a question. Enjoyed the location close to Nord train station and St. Catherine's.
Stayed 4 nights in Dec 2022
