The bathroom was very dirty, full of black mould, even after requesting to clean it properly still lots of black mould was all around the bathroom, worst experience & feel like I will never go back to Brussel for that reason.

Muy bien! La ubicación es muy buena se encuentra cerca de la estación central y la grand place donde hay lugares para comer y beber. La atención estuvo bien nos permitieron guardar nuestras mochilas mientras después del check out. Lo único a mejorar es la comodidad de las camas.

noisy bed

when a bed makes noise every time I turn, I do not think this belong to a 4 star hotel. Room is small and bit outdated. plain beige wall paper just make the room look boring and sad. however location is good, right next to grand place and bars.

Great stay

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was beautiful and the bed and bedding was super comfortable. The hotel is in a great location. Had a great stay.

The room was clean, but small for the price. The AC did not work very well and you can hear most of the hotel activity from your room. It was fine to stay for the night, but I have had better stays elsewhere in Brussels.

Buena localización en pleno centro

Hotel en pleno centro de Bruselas, con buen tamaño de habituación, buna cama y bien mantenido. La ventana de la habitación daba a un muro en menos de 2 metros lo que no es muy agradable. En la zona de ducha, hay moho (muy típico en los hoteles, pero que se debería cuidar)
