The rooms and hotel were clean. The pool looked a bit dingy. Hotel staff were polite, pleasant and helpful. Good breakfast.

Great service and location
Really friendly and helpful staff, quite a modern feel, with good sized rooms and facilities. Pool and sauna an added bonus but no cold shower for after the sauna. Situated in a great location close to centre and some really nice bars and restuarants off the beaten track close by. Lots of building work going on near the hotel but this was not really an issue for us

The hotel is conveniently located which was about the only thing I liked about this hotel. Upon arrival, the reception staff was away and we had to wait a bit for someone to come and help the queue, since there was only one person working at reception, the check-in came with a bit of a wait. The room could have been cleaner, you could see hair on the floor as soon as you stepped in, the bathroom had a peculiar smell and the central system could not be used as it would shoot cigarette smell! The VIP Benefits were not acknowledged whatsoever, in fact, if you have Gold status like myself, you are meant to be allocated in quieter areas... my room was right next to the lift. The cleaning team starts their day very early, and you will definitely notice their presence because not only they are loud moving the equipment around; but, they chat away in a very high decibels. My room had view of the courtyard a.k.a. the abandoned building behind. Breakfast is average.

Great hotel
The hotel location is absolutely amazing. Close to the square and also close to other amazing neighborhoods. The hotel it self was extremely clean and modern with really kind staff. If I’m ever back I’m Brussels I definitely will be staying here again.
