Von dort aus lässt sich Zeit am Wasser verbringen, man kann aber auch direkt loswandern. Die Nachbarn im Areal waren sehr ruhig und freundlich. Die Wohnung ist super ausgestattet mit allem, was man braucht. Einziger Wermutstropfen ist die nicht benutzbare Waschmaschine. Bei der Lage muss man beachten, dass sowohl Spielplatz, eine kleine Promenade und auch die Piazza del Feste in der Nähe sind. Dort herrscht im Sommer bei gutem Wetter ein buntes Treiben. Am Wochenende im August wird dort auch mal eine Party gefeiert. Dann hat man die Alternative zwischen Oropax und Mitfeiern. ##### Annika G. On savait que c'était près d'une air de jeux et donc un peu bruyant mais avec la proximité de place avec le petit restaurant, le petit chapiteau de restauration et la sono (uniquement le week-end), il est vrai que la première soirée/nuit a été un peu compliquée. Mais ça a été bien plus tranquille en semaine. La climatisation aurait été un plus également mais on a pu très facilement se rafraichir en allant piquer une tête dans le lac et se prélasser sur les transats de la terrasse. L'entrée et la place de parking est un peu juste si vous avez une grande voiture. Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans cette belle région. Merci à nos hôtes. ##### Pascal G. Diese konnten wir leider nicht nachvollziehen. Zunächst die Lage, die ist wirklich fantastisch und auch so, wie beschrieben. Dann zur Anlage: wir waren im August dort, also Hochsaison. Im Ort gab es spät abends Parkplätze, ansonsten war alles zugeparkt. Die Garage war für uns nicht nutzbar. Das Haus steht in einer leicht heruntergekommenen Anlage. Die Fenster gehen alle auf die Seeseite raus., d.h. es lässt sich sehr schlecht lüften. Wir empfanden das Haus als muffig und feucht. An keinem Fenster sind Fliegengitter, dementsprechend war es voll mit Stechmücken. Von den im Voraus bezahlten Handtuchpakt für vier Personen waren nur Handtücher für zwei Personen da. Insgesamt ist das Haus sehr voll. Im Kinderzimmer war ein Schrank mit dem Schild "privat" versehen. Im anderen Schrank waren Federbetten in den Regalen, außer der Kleiderstange gab es keine Möglichkeit Kleidung zu verstauen. Auch das Ausziehbett geht für Grundschulkinder noch, aber nicht mehr für einen Teenager. Der Strand ist bis 1 Uhr nachts besucht und laut, teilweise Musik aus zwei verschiedenen Anlagen. Wir haben keine Probleme mit Strandlärm, aber ruhig ist es im Sommer absolut nicht. Die Tür zum Strand wird von allen Gästen der Anlage genutzt und muss abgeschlossen werden. Die Beschreibung hier suggeriert, dass es eine eigene Tür im Garten des Ferienhauses ist. So privat ist es also auf der Terrasse nicht. ##### Silke B. Stayed 7 nights in Aug 2024 ### 10/10 Excellent #### Hans S. 17 Jul 2024 Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy #### Haus der kurzen Wege Wir hatten zu zweit einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt in dieser Location. perfekt der Weg durchs Gartentor zum Schwimmen im See, genauso wie ein paar Schritte zum Bäcker, in die Bar, Tabacchi, Eisverkauf und zur Apotheke. Direkt nebenan war am Wochenende stets ein Fest mit musikalischer Unterhaltung und Verpflegung. Wen es nicht stört, dass direkt vor dem Haus der Spielplatz ständig genutzt wird (morgens Workout,Hundebesitzer,Mütter mit Kindern,Altentreff und ab abends Treffpunkt der Jugend) hat einen tollen Aufenthalt. Wer Ruhe sucht, hat eher Pech.... Wir haben uns über die vielfältige Ausstattung gefreut, das bequeme Bett,die ab mittags schattige Terrasse, das Kanu,den Grill, das Kabel TV (EM). In der Garage haben wir unsere Ebikes abgestellt, mit denen wir jeden Tag die wunderbare Gegend erkundet haben. Auch das Wetter hat mitgespielt, nicht zu heiss, der See zum Schwimmen super temperiert, alles in allem ein sehr abwechslungsreicher Urlaub in einer Unterkunft in der alles vorhanden ist. ##### Hans S. Der Blick auf den lago di lugano von der überdachten Terrasse und vom Balkon aus hat uns auch bei schlechtem Wetter sehr erfreut, man konnte sich sehr angenehm in der Wohnung aufhalten. Zwischen Terrasse und See liegt ein hübscher kleiner Spielplatz (Terrasse von öffentlichem Raum aus nicht einsehbar), der von Touristen und Einheimischen gerne als Treffpunkt genutzt wurde. Insofern ist die Wohnung nicht so für absolut ruhebedürftige Menschen geeignet. Wir konnten meist ganz gut mit dem Lautstärkepegel umgehen. Der Kontakt zu den Vermietern war sehr gut und freundlich. Die Küche war sehr gut ausgestattet, die Matratzen sehr gut. Der Garagenplatz ist sehr eng, das war aber vorher sehr gut kommuniziert. Es war kein Problem, auf dem Parkplatz nebenan einen Platz zu finden. Wunderschöne Gegend und ein schöner Urlaub, vielen herzlichen Dank! ##### Stephanie P. Die Lage ist für Familien perfekt, Kies-Strand mit genügend Schatten und Spielplatz direkt vor dem Garten. Die Wohnung ist genügend gross für eine Familie. Viele Ausflugsmöglichkeiten, allerdings ist man auf ein Auto angewiesen. Einzige Kritikpunkte waren die (für unseren Geschmack) etwas chaotisch eingerichtete Küche und der Lärm am Wochenende abends (Livemusik und Karaoke direkt nebenan). Insgesamt hat es uns aber sehr gut gefallen. ##### Manuela K. Die Vermieter sind supernett und wir hatten schon im Vorfeld ein nettes Telefonat. Die Ferienwohnung direkt am See gelegen ist durchaus zu empfehlen. Gerne wären wir geschwommen, aber Anfang Juni war das Wasser doch noch leider viel zu kalt. Wem der Spielplatz direkt vor der Terasse nichts ausmacht, ist die Wohnung alles in allem sehr zu empfehlen. ##### Anja E. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Auch die Lage ist einmalig, kurz durch die Gartentüre raus und man ist am kleinen Strand/Spielplatz von Brusimpiano, was tagsüber ein Traum ist. So können die Kinder in Sicht und Hörweite am und im Wasser sein und man kann auf der herrlichen Terrasse entspannen. Der Kontakt zu den Vermietern war sehr unkompliziert und freundlich. In dem kleinen Dorf gibt es eine Osteria, ein kleines Cafe mit Gelateria und eine Apotheke sowie eine Bäckerei mit einigen Grundnahrungsmitteln. Sehr nahe Bushaltestelle nach Ponte Tresa oder Porto Ceresio zum Einkaufen oder Essen gehen. Parkplatz direkt vor der Einfahrt. ##### Gerold W. Die Wohnung war leicht zu finden. Und die Vermieter sind freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir verbrachten schöne Tage dort. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet und uns hat es im Haus an nichts gefehlt, das vorhandene Kanu gibt sogar einen Pluspunkt. Das kulinarische Angebot in Brusimpiano ist überschaulich aber alles sehr gut. Der angrenzende Strand ist sauber und gut besucht. Wir empfehlen die Unterkunft auf jedenfall weiter. ##### Anna L. Es ist geräumig und groß, gut ausgestattet, die Schlafzimmer und das Bad im zweiten Stock angenehm. Für eine vierköpfige Familie völlig ausreichend. Absolutes Highlight ist die Lage am See und der direkte Zugang zum Wasser (durch die Gartentür). Gerade mit Kindern hat dies das Badevergnügen sehr entspannt und komfortabel gemacht. Nach dem Schwimmen konnte man sich auf die Terrasse zurückziehen und den Komfort des Hauses (schattiges Plätzchen, kühle Getränke und Essen) genießen, ohne alles für einen ganzen Tag am Strand packen zu müssen. Das empfanden wir als großen Vorteil. Jederzeit gerne wieder. ##### Tatjana v. Die Lage ist sehr schön direkt am See. Der Ort Brusimpiano ist sehr ruhig, wenig touristisch. Im nächsten Ort Porto Ceresio gibt es mehr gastronomische Auswahl. ##### Kai K. Dieses schöne Huas zum Mieten liegt in einem kleinen italienischen Streifen direkt am Luganersee. Der kleine Ort bietet alles, was man so braucht, auch ohne das Auto zu bewegen. Bus, Schiff, Bäckerei mit Lebensmitteln, Zeitschriftenkiosk, Post, Bar, Ristorante und Gelateria! Das Haus ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, und es fehlt an nichts. Abends ist es wunderbar ruhig, und man verbringt gemütliche Stunden auf Terrasse oder Balkon mit ungetrübtem Seeblick. Parkplatz direkt vor der Tür bzw. Tor! Der Kontakt mit den Schweizer Vermietern ist einwandfrei. Im Haus gibt es auch viel Informationsmaterial zur Umgebung. Alles ist sehr gepflegt und sauber. Die unmittelbare Nähe zum See ist das I-Tüpfelchen. Brusimpiano ist nicht vom Tourismus überrollt, so dass man sehr ruhige Tage hier verbringen kann. Die Küche war gut ausgestattet (nur noch ein Eisfach wäre vorteilhaft). Die Betten waren bequem und das Bad hell und geräumig. Wir konnten unsere Kajaks einfach ein paar Meter zum Grundstück tragen, nach der Fahrt im großen Garten ausräumen und trocknen und hatten einen Garagenplatz zur Verfügung.
