This hotel was fabulous. The rooms are very nice, quiet, great blackout shades and large tv. The steak restaurant was excellent, food, service and a good value. The mussels and meatballs were amazing! I will definitely be back!

Room was clean and comfortable. Staff friendly. Location quiet, in the midst of many other hotels. Just average value, though a good place if you have a dog - no surcharge. On-site restaurant has an excellent wine list, but just average dinner. Don't waste your money eating breakfast here. The diner close to the highway has 10x more choice and it's all nicely cooked, served warm (in contrast) and costs less.

The room was beautiful but our bathroom had a constant loud humming sound that would not go off and the toilet barely flushed on arrival, ended up having to call someone to come and fix it the next morning. The shower constantly ran while trying to take a bath and would not turn off. As nice as the room looked the bed was sadly uncomfortable. The hotel was very clean though and staff were nice.

The room was fantastic, liked the hardwood floors. Bed was very comfortable! Needs alittle more lighting in living room area, we had a suite. One complaint, refrigerator did not work. We made them aware of it, never fixed.

We traveled with our pet. The room was very clean comfortable my only note was that there is no supper or direct entrance. They have a single pet friendly room. I was told up on the third floor, which required walking through the lobby and a trip in the elevator other than that, everything was good

1.The new look of the bldg is impressive inside and out. Your employee GHEE is a definite keeper. Explains everything clearly and is very sweet. 2.Now to the nitty gritty: The Room. For the money a big disappointment. Room is small. No bathrobes??? Bathroom very basic and tiny. No proper soap. The linens are SUBERB as all Hilton linens are. Dinner last night at restaurant was VG and our server Kim was great. Breakfast is a joke! It is near 8 and we are the only people in the restaurant. People rightfully think it’s a ripoff…I had a small bowl of berries: pineapple, grapes and few blueberries: not berries, and 1 slice of challah bread for $20??? This is a highway stop.most people want to grab a bite and leave. This concept should be rethought. 3. If this a doggy hotel your guest should know better when taking their dogs out. They should have ….bags and not have their dog enjoy the floor in the lobby. Therefore dog baggies should be available. 4. We love this stop. Have been coming through here for years. Next year…another stop ie unless this beautiful hotel is upgraded to the 9.2 standard it claims and the high price is warranted.
