"Needed a getaway for the two of us and this fit the bill well. Cabin is very well kept and host is very detail oriented with instructions, signage, and cleanliness. Weather didn’t cooperate the way we hoped but thankfully there’s good food and other attractions in the area."

"This house was wonderful! So spacious and it had everything you might need... for you and your dog!The property is beautiful and being right on the water was so relaxing. The bed, pillows, sheets will definitely give you a good night's sleep. Our host, Katie, was very easy to work with and quick on responses. I just can't say enough about how nice this home is, and I hope in the future we could stay here again."

"Perfect for our weekend stay! Right on the lake and cabin/ house newly updated. Had some time to relax and toss a line into the lake right off the dock. We were in town for our sons hockey games. Normally stay in Chippewa Falls, but loved this little get away off the beaten path but still super close to chippewa. Owners were very attentive and property had everything we needed and more!"

Awesome Place to Get Away

"I booked a weekend getaway as a surprise for my wife; I've visited this area of Wisconsin a few times but this was my wife's first time in the area. Disclaimer - my idea of a getaway is finding a location and not having any plans - my wife feels you need a location and plans. My wife and I both loved the cabin. It was very easy to find, the check in process was smooth, and the property was everything that I was hoping for. The owner let me know there were kayaks and bikes at the cabin as well. The kayak launch is literally across the street so its a great place to go if you have your own kayaks as well. The area is amazing as well. Even though I did not make plans before we left we were able to join a group hike on the Ice Age Trail on short notice. The town is amazing so were able to enjoy the hospitality of the staff at Dylan's Dairy one night and at Sam's Diner for breakfast. Great weekend away! We will probably be back in the spring or early summer."
