### Modern apartment for 4 persons

Appartement 4BR is suitable for up to 4 people. The apartment is centrally located at Summio Parc Aquadelta, close to the facilities. Appartement 4BR consists of two floors and has two bedrooms and one bathroom.   
  
The living room is modernly furnished with a seating area and a smart TV and is adjacent to the open kitchen with the dining area. The kitchen appliances include a fridge with freezer compartment, microwave, dishwasher and a Senseo or Nespresso coffee machine.   
  
Via the stairs in the living room you reach the loft/open floor with two bedrooms and the bathroom. The bedrooms each have two single box spring beds. The bathroom has a bath and/or shower. In addition, there is a separate toilet.   
  
From the living room, you have access to the furnished patio or balcony.   
  
You can use the Wi-Fi for free and there is parking space at the central car park at the park.
