Pros:

great place!

Such a charming, cozy, quirky hotel. Really well located in beautiful Bruges. Because it's an old building there were noisy pipes from other rooms, but we didn't care! The staff were super helpful and welcoming. It was so romantic that we came home engaged!

Pros: Breakfast, staff, quiet, central, relaxing, pretty.
Cons: Nothing!! We loved it!!
Location: Very central for shops, bars, restaurants, Christmas markets, and plenty of chocolate shops!!
Lovely hotel, fantastic location, beautiful living rooms, superb breakfast... Mistletoe above the front door, chocolates in the room and a card with tomorrow's weather, we loved it and will definitely be back!!

Very pleasant hotel in perfect location

Posted 14-Dec-2015
Pros: Very homely and warm especially at this time of the year.
Cons: Very nice overall but could improve in the bar area.
Location: The location is perfect for walking to all parts of the inner old town with plenty of very good restaurants and meseums the market square is close by.
Hotel located in perfect place to explore Brugge, very nice hotel staff helpful and we would definitely stay here again should we visit Brugge in the future.

Very nice hotel

The hotel is very nice boutique hotel. The standard room is very small. We got offers upgrade and I'm glad I took it. The suite are much bigger and it has jacuzzi bathtub with Hermes body care. Down stairs are very cozy, it was great fun to sit near the fire and place board game. They also make very good hot chocolate.

Great hotel in a fantastic location.

Room was a little smaller than anticipated. Also bed was very hard and pillows were square! Hence not very comfy.

Good location but disappointing.

Posted 03-Nov-2015
Pros: Location and lobby
Lovely hotel with old world charm, however our room was very disappointing. I was traveling with my daughter for her 16th birthday and had hoped for one of the gorgeous rooms pictured on their site. Our room was so small that we were stepping over our suitcases. I had paid for the Charming Plus, room which was at a higher rate. It was decorated very masculine with a black headboard and plaid curtains. Very plain and nothing like the photos with a TINY bathroom. It did not live up to what we had hoped.

I loved the service. The free city walking tour was a good start to my stay. And restaurants recommented in their room portfolio were great help to first time visitor.
